Flaro is made by one developer in Romania. There is no support queue and no chatbot: one email address, read by the person who makes Flaro.
Everything goes here: questions, bugs, beta invites, privacy requests, and anything from Riot or from press.
Write in English or Romanian. Privacy requests are answered within one month, as the GDPR requires; everything else as soon as we can.

Something doesn't work
Say what you did, what you expected and what happened, and add Flaro's version (Settings › About). The log file helps most: it is in %APPDATA%\Flaro\logs. It never contains passwords, keys or other players' names.

Flaro is in a private beta while Riot reviews it. Ask for an invite and we'll send you a link to the installer.

Download or delete your account's data yourself on your account page. For access, correction or an objection, write with “Privacy” in the subject. Your games are on your own PC; the privacy policy explains your rights.
